- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using Salesforce.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to product management.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
