Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend the best products or services to meet those needs.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class customer experience by being knowledgeable, approachable, and solution-oriented.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Market Expansion: Assist in local market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our community presence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.
