Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present our services/products to potential clients, handling objections with confidence.
- Close deals on the spot and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Manage and update client data in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Represent the company at local networking events and community outreach.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for career advancement.
