Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and door-to-door prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, focusing on their specific needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective follow-up strategies.
- Close sales deals on-site or via scheduled appointments, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to refine strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or telemarketing (1+ years preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger to earn commission-based income.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
