Responsibilities
- Prospect & Pitch: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community outreach in the Austin area.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product presentations and demos to potential customers.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.
- Weekly Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit weekly sales reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, retail management, or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to put in the work to earn top-tier income.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Outside Sales role requires mobility).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
