Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Pacific Northwest region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Present product demonstrations and detailed proposals to prospective clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Manage a daily schedule of sales calls and meetings to consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer needs and help refine sales strategies.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software to ensure accurate data management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of being a high achiever.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for field outreach.
