Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections to close sales.
- Manage a high-volume of customer inquiries with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Proficient with computers and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a drive to exceed sales goals.
