Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business leads in the San Antonio market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to expand our client base.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to secure closed deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activity using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (uncapped commission experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A competitive mindset and the ability to work independently.
