Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products or services that align with their interests.
- Drive store traffic and achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional events to provide expert advice.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving overall store performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
