Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective communication.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
