Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture a high volume of leads through the sales funnel.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for team events (occasional).
