Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Represent the brand with a premium, professional image and exceptional customer service.
- Close deals on the spot and build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Manage inventory, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Reliable transportation is required.
