Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report any inventory or operational issues to the Store Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), including holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiastic learners are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners or POS terminals.
