- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to optimize the shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and support management initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
