Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
- Customer Service: Provide a superior level of customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; a passion for sales is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
