Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and understanding their specific needs.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and closing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Collaborate with the local team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel within Minnesota and Illinois.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
