Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Drive store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor and merchandise displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
