Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Proactively greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to maximize sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, processing transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
