Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring stock levels and participating in inventory counts and audits.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Integrity: Strong work ethic, honesty, and a professional appearance.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
