Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and utilize campaign materials effectively.
- Record accurate and detailed customer information in the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
