Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate immediate interest in our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Accurately enter customer data and sales activities into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Present product demos and handle objections effectively to drive the sales cycle forward.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
