Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies across Colorado and Texas markets
- Conduct virtual/in-person product demonstrations and contract negotiations
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and weekly sales activity reporting
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience or proven track record in commission-based roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Comfortable with evening/overnight work schedule
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
