Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales KPIs in weekend/shift work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (mandatory availability)
- Basic math proficiency and transaction handling experience
