Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Valid driver's license (for Virginia store locations)
