Apex Revenue Partners is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative for our exclusive weekend shift team in San Diego, CA. This is a Direct Hire position for a self-starter ready to dominate the local market and maximize their earnings through commission-based performance.
Our weekend team is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding our client base in the Southern California region. We offer a competitive base salary structure coupled with an uncapped commission plan designed for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads within the San Diego metropolitan area.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face discovery meetings and product demonstrations with potential and existing clients on weekends.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Market Expansion: Strategically map and grow your assigned territory to ensure maximum market penetration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during standard business hours.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; willingness to travel within the region.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative sales approach.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
