Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize cutting-edge CRM tools to identify and contact potential clients in the Raleigh area and beyond.
- Present Solutions: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and pitch tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales over the phone and email, driving revenue growth.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity within our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and management to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Drive: A hunger to succeed and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
