Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking in the Nashville metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations for residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive referrals.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Enter accurate customer data and sales activity into the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target demographics and refine sales strategies.
- Travel within the Nashville region as required to meet client needs and attend community events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Residency within the Nashville, TN area.
