Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos
- Close deals and maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign optimization
- Exceed quarterly sales targets with consistent performance
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
