Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for enterprise clients in the tech sector
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify market trends
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales activity reports
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and opportunity forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or cloud infrastructure highly desirable
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
