Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies targeting commercial clients across Los Angeles County
- Conduct weekend field visits to generate new business and maintain client relationships
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the company at weekend industry events and trade shows
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B outside sales experience with weekend availability
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

- Experience in commercial/construction sales preferred
