Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for weekend client appointments
- Prospect and convert high-value B2B clients in San Jose metro area
- Present complex technical solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Close 5-7 deals monthly through consultative selling methodology
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline and reporting
- Collaborate with weekday sales team for seamless client handoffs
- Attend quarterly sales conferences in Silicon Valley
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with measurable results
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong technical aptitude for SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Track record of exceeding $500K annual sales quotas
