Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales strategies across Detroit's commercial districts
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and purchasing managers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize CRM system to track leads and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize client solutions
- Represent company at weekend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's commercial landscape
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday availability
