Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-value businesses during weekend hours at trade shows, retail partners, and designated client sites
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Present product demonstrations and close deals through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Attend mandatory weekend training sessions and sales meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales or field sales experience with documented track record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM) with occasional holidays
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Chicago market knowledge strongly preferred
