Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-value businesses across Austin's key districts
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies using CRM tools
- Present customized solutions to decision-makers in tech, retail, and professional services
- Close 15-20 new client deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ client retention
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with digital sales team to create integrated client acquisition plans
- Attend weekend industry events and trade shows to expand network
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Expertise in B2B sales cycles and consultative selling techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting aggressive targets
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
