Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and book qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
- Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their technical needs.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales orders and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively on the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
