Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients, demonstrating ROI of our SaaS platform
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and documentation of all client interactions
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding quota with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with enterprise-level ($50K+ deals) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
