Apex Innovations is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-volume sales team in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are specifically looking for individuals who are available to work our Weekend Shift and are driven by commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and present tailored product solutions to close sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track daily sales metrics and targets.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to strategize on market trends and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating or fixed shift schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality with a hunger for financial success.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
