Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients with compelling value propositions
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% call quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value
- Participate in weekend team huddles for strategy alignment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
