Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop tailored solutions presentations demonstrating product value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to refine negotiation techniques
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client portfolio
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual targets)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ohio-based candidates with local market knowledge strongly preferred
