Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to a high-volume list of qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients in the San Antonio area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with decision-makers, including field sales visits.
- Accurately manage and update customer data and pipeline activity in Salesforce/CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
