Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads using established scripts and CRM tools.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Accurately update prospect data in Salesforce and CRM systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets (KPIs).
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Call Center environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to win.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
