Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis via video conferencing.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
