Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with potential clients and conduct needs assessments.
- Present tailored solutions and effectively overcome objections to close sales.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Thursday sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift (Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday – Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
