Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to B2B clients with compelling value propositions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in self-directed, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
