Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements within assigned territories
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
