Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead outreach to closing the deal and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track interactions, update lead statuses, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/on-site hybrid setting.
