Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the El Paso and Illinois markets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to travel for team meetings or client events (as needed).
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
