Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations to address client pain points
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly targets while documenting activities in CRM
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and closing ability
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with proven uncapped commission success
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Valid US work authorization and NY residency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
