Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calling and digital prospecting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients on the weekend.
- Close sales deals and manage the initial stages of the customer relationship.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for commission income.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
