Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to enterprise decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining a 30+ lead-to-conversion ratio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized client proposals
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM with 100% compliance
- Attend weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership and product teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales scripts and objection-handling techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex deal structures
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or cloud infrastructure preferred
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with Monday-Friday flexibility for meetings
